About bodhi.tools

bodhi.tools is a set of free file tools that run in your browser, maintained by an independent developer (GitHub: bodhi1425).

Why it exists

Most online tools upload your file to a server before they can process it. Once a contract, ID photo or screenshot is uploaded, you can't know how long it is kept or who can see it. Browsers are now powerful enough to do this work on your own device: PDF editing, image compression, format conversion, text recognition and even AI background removal. So every tool here is built so that your files never leave your device.

Principles

• No uploads. Processing happens in your browser; there is no server that receives your files.
• No signup, no watermarks, no usage limits.
• Open source. The code of every tool is on GitHub for you to inspect or host yourself.
• Honest about third parties. Some tools download fonts, engines or models from CDNs, and the site uses analytics and advertising services. The privacy policy lists all of them.
