This policy covers bodhi.tools and its tool sites (pdf, compress, heic, qrcode, ocr and cutout.bodhi.tools).

The files you process

Every tool processes files in your browser. A file you choose is read only by the page you are on. It is never uploaded to our servers or anyone else's, and we don't store it. When you close the page, the file data in it is gone.

Third-party resources the tools load

Some tools download program files or fonts from third-party CDNs. As with visiting any website, these requests show the provider your IP address and browser details. They never contain the files you process.

• All pages: fonts from Google Fonts and Fontshare.
• Image Compressor: its compression worker script, from jsDelivr.
• Image to Text: the Tesseract engine and language packs, from jsDelivr.
• Background Remover: the AI model and runtime files, from IMG.LY's CDN (staticimgly.com).
• QR Code Generator: brand icons from the Simple Icons CDN, when you pick one.

Analytics

We use Cloudflare Web Analytics to count page views. It uses no cookies and reports only aggregate data such as visit counts, referrers and device types.

Ads and cookies

bodhi.tools uses Google AdSense to show ads. Third-party vendors, including Google, use cookies to serve ads based on your prior visits to this website or other websites. Google's use of advertising cookies enables it and its partners to serve ads to you based on your visits to this site and/or other sites on the Internet.

You can opt out of personalized advertising in Google's My Ad Center, and opt out of some other vendors' use of cookies for personalized advertising at optout.aboutads.info.
